Update

     We have been talking about it for a while now so we want to take this opportunity to give you a sneak peak at the new Skywave CRM platform. We have made a number of visual change and improved the interface all while making some substantial changes under the hood. Don’t worry - we kept our features in their familiar places, we just made them easier to use, added a few new ones and fixed some bugs. Here are some of the highlights that we think you’ll be excited about:

As many Skywave users may already know, our CRM is undergoing some major behind-the-scenes changes that will soon be made available to you.  We are getting excited to launch the new features and improvements and we wanted to share our excitement with our customers. 
The new Skywave CRM has had a major overhaul. As a result you will see significantly faster response times. This overhaul lets us support a more robust API which will make integration easier and even lets you develop your own controls. The introduction of this API combined with our other upgrades will contribute to more expedited development deadlines and more expedited deadlines and more efficient integrations. We have also added improved security measures making your data safer from both external and internal bad actors.

You will now be able to navigate the CRM from your smartphone. We want Skywave CRM and all of its features to be accessible even when you are working remotely or from the field.

We have redesigned the Contacts Page to be more user friendly. When filtering you no longer need to navigate a wall of options. You can simply add the filters you need with a searchable drop down, making it easier to create and read filters. We increased the number of columns that can be shown from from 15 to 20 and can now export up to 20,000 records. When you save a filter you can choose to share it with individuals, user groups, a combination of both, or the whole company. You can even drag and drop to rearrange your saved filters.

The contact file has also received significant improvements. In addition to fixing bugs we have expanded the amount of space dedicated to our tabs. By moving Notes, Events(Appointments), and Task creation to the left sidebar and adding their own tabs we have made more space. The Next Status and More Statuses buttons have been moved to be in line with the Current Status.

Navigation Shortcuts on the Application now scroll with you making navigation faster and more convenient.

We are looking forward to welcoming Tax preparation and resolution clients into our new platform with the launch of Skywave Tax. Our new update will also feature the introduction of our Tax Resolution and Preparation platform. Skywave Tax will be embedded into the existing CRM and users will have access to all of our CRM functionality and automation in addition to the new Tax Resolution and Preparation features. Our unique and intuitive interface will feature an Offer in Compromise Calculator, Settlement Calculator and all of the related documents for tax resolution and preparation. Skywave users will have the option to manage all of their sales channels from one CRM. 

Part of the reason we are renaming the applications to forms is you will now be able to build and customize your own. You will be able to add and rename fields with our drag and drop interface. Not only that, but you will eventually be able to create shareable external forms that can be embedded into websites or used for lead capture. Our upcoming Document Mapping tool will also let you map these custom forms to your documents. 

We realized that some of our previous terms were misleading or limiting. We are taking this opportunity to use names that will make the purpose and scope of these features more apparent and make it easier when you train new users. Don’t worry, they will work the same way or even better than before. 
Case Files are now Contact Files as filtering for contact files from the contacts page is more intuitive and a more general term.
Appointments are now called Events because they can encompass appointments, conferences, meetings, zoom calls, and anything else. 
Applications are now Forms and you will be able to build and customize your own with our form builder.
Triggers are now Automations which will be user customizable and configurable.

Create a group of users and then assign tasks or contact files to the group collectively. Everyone in the group will have access and receive notifications. You can also assign tasks and contact files to individual members round robin style. This two-way assignment option lets you be more flexible with how you run your business.  

We have spent a lot of effort improving the interfaces. We want to make navigating and using the CRM as smooth as possible so we fixed some old problems and added some new features. We fixed old bugs and made the interface consistent across the CRM. Drop down menus are now searchable, more columns are sortable, and fields will now automatically format input such as phone numbers. The shortcut menus on the applications tab of the contact file will scroll with you making navigation more convenient.

Skywave users can look forward to an updated and optimized dashboard featuring real-time data reporting. We have been working tirelessly to make sure the dashboards encompass all of the desired information for all industries, with the ultimate goal of making them customizable to accommodate all users at all times.
